Where we work

Pensacola Tree Removal Pros is a service-area business. We don't run a storefront; crews come to you. Our core service area covers the Pensacola metro on both sides of Escambia Bay:

Escambia County

  • Pensacola: East Hill, North Hill, Downtown, Cordova Park, Scenic Heights, Ferry Pass, Brent, Myrtle Grove, Warrington, West Pensacola and Bellview.
  • Cantonment: north Escambia, with larger lots and pine-heavy acreage.
  • Perdido Key: barrier island homes and condos.
  • Pensacola Beach: Santa Rosa Island properties.
  • Also Molino, Beulah and the Perdido/Innerarity area.

Santa Rosa County

  • Gulf Breeze: peninsula neighborhoods with mature live oaks.
  • Pace: growing subdivisions with pines.
  • Milton: historic downtown, riverfront and rural property.
  • Navarre: coastal yards and sandy soils.
  • Also Midway, Tiger Point and Avalon.

If you're not sure whether we reach your property, call (850) 753-9465 and ask.

How local conditions change the job

Tree work across this area varies more than you might expect over just a few miles.

In Pensacola's older neighborhoods, the main concerns are large laurel and water oaks that are reaching the end of their lifespan, and heavy live oaks over houses. Lots are often tight, so most removals happen in sections with rigging.

North of the city, in Cantonment, Molino, Pace and Milton, pines dominate. Lightning, beetles and wind are the main threats, and larger lots mean more open-yard felling, land clearing and acreage cleanup.

On the coast, in Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Perdido Key and Pensacola Beach, salt spray, sand and wind exposure shape everything. Palms are common, sand pines are prone to blowdowns, and dune protection rules matter.

Local rules vary

Tree regulations differ between the City of Pensacola, the City of Gulf Breeze, the City of Milton, unincorporated Escambia County, unincorporated Santa Rosa County and the Santa Rosa Island Authority on Pensacola Beach. Florida's statewide exemption (Section 163.045, F.S.) covers residential trees an ISA Certified Arborist documents as dangerous. Development projects, large protected trees, wetlands, coastal dunes and gopher tortoise habitat bring extra rules. We'll flag anything that may need a permit during your estimate, but the final word always rests with your local government.

Services available everywhere we work

Not on the list?

We regularly field calls from just outside the core area, from northern Santa Rosa County toward Jay to east of Navarre. If you're unsure, call and describe where you are. If we can't reach you, we'd rather say so up front than leave you waiting.

Storm response priorities

After a hurricane or major thunderstorm, demand surges across the whole area at once. We prioritize calls by safety: trees on occupied homes, trees blocking access for emergency vehicles, and trees threatening further damage come first. Access to barrier islands may be limited after major storms, so response times there depend on road and bridge reopenings.

Picking the right time

Outside of emergencies, the calmest time to schedule tree work anywhere in our area is late fall through spring. Crews have more availability, weather is milder, and work is finished well before hurricane season. Summer is fine for routine jobs too, but afternoon thunderstorms can shift schedules, and once a storm enters the Gulf, every tree crew from Perdido Key to Navarre gets busy at once.
